Bloom, our values in action

Our company was formed just before the beginning of the global pandemic. What should have been a simple capital raise proved much more difficult. It was hard and at times scary. Sometimes we weren’t sure if we would make it, but we persisted. Many deals fell through, even signed ones. The crisis deepened and we all learned what mattered most; our people and our culture. Without a phenomenal team, and our shared belief that this would work, Bloom may never have survived. But it did, we did.

That’s why our core values are more than just a management exercise. They were written by us. Partly to remember the journey so far, but also to define who we want to continue to be. They’re a way of life. Our values guide everything we do, including how we interact with each other, our customers, and our partners. They’re how we make hiring decisions.

Our direction and strategy might change over time, but our commitment to live our values will not. As ‘Bloomers’, each of us is expected to grow and protect our culture, it’s our biggest competitive advantage.
